now thats a great question! i also stopped eating meat in college, however im not a strict vegetarian. although, i greatly believe in moderation, i feel that this is a decision you should make based upon your current health status and/or ethical, environmental, religious beliefs.
if you want to eat meat, try to limit yourself to no more than four ounces daily and try alternating with lighter alternatives like fish/poultry whenever it is possible. happy eating
